Jan Sarokar, Peoples’ Agenda 2019

In collaboration with 206 civil society organisations, peoples’ movements and citizens collectives throughout India, Samruddha Bharat Foundation organised the Jan Sarokar to safeguard the constitutional idea of India. Over 4000 people gathered at Talkatora stadium to urge representatives from the Indian National Congress, Nationalist Congress Party, Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam, Communist Party of India (Marxist), Communist Party of India, Communist Party of India (ML), Aam Aadmi Party, Swaraj India, Rashtriya Janta Dal to endorse a Peoples’ Agenda that sought to address the needs and aspirations of all Indians.
